For the past 15 years, I’ve honed my skills in various managerial roles, primarily within the retail industry. In these positions, I have effectively overseen large teams, ensuring efficient and effective business operations. My focus on people management has been paramount, guiding team members and ensuring they receive the necessary skills and training to excel in their roles.

Five years ago, I transitioned into the disability sector-a decision I wish I had made sooner. During this time, I’ve gained valuable insights into the NDIS processes and how providers should deliver care to individuals with disabilities. My passion for helping people achieve their goals and dreams drives me to create an inclusive environment for everyone, No matter where they are at in life. 🚀
